Terms.

What you're buying, how it works, and what happens if something doesn't.

This is the agreement between you and NervaHous when you book a call, buy a service, or buy a pack from the marketplace. I'm Jene. NervaHous is my one-person shop. I wrote this in plain English so you actually read it. Where a legal phrase has to be in here, I put the plain version first.

What this is.

NervaHous is a one-person consultancy. Jene is the sole operator. NervaHous sells strategic services and digital products to owner-operators. When you book a service or buy a marketplace product here, you're entering an agreement with NervaHous, not with a team or a platform. If you write to me, I'm the one writing back.

Services bookings.

The four services are described on the services page: the Diagnostic Call, the Sprint, the Build, and the Standing engagement. The scope of each one is the description on that page. Whatever was on the services page on the day you booked is the scope you bought.

How payment works.

Payment runs through Stripe. The Diagnostic is paid up front. The Sprint and the Build are paid up front unless we agree in writing to a split. The Standing engagement is billed month-to-month.

How scheduling works.

Scheduling runs through Google Calendar. After you pay, you'll get a link to pick a time. If you need to move a meeting, give me a day or two of notice and I'll move it. Life happens, I'm not strict about it.

How the credit between the Diagnostic and the Sprint works.

If you book the Diagnostic Call and then book a Sprint within 30 days, the price of the Diagnostic credits forward against the Sprint. After 30 days, the credit's gone. The Sprint and the Build are fixed-scope and fixed-price: what's listed is what's included, and the price doesn't move based on how many revisions you ask for inside the agreed scope.

How Standing works.

The Standing engagement is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. The next month's invoice is what stops. There's no annual lock-in.

Marketplace products.

The marketplace sells digital files. After your Stripe payment goes through, you get a download link or a delivery email. The file is yours from that point on.

The refund policy, plain: marketplace purchases are digital downloads and are generally final once access is delivered. If you are charged twice, cannot access the file after emailing me, receive a materially broken file, or a refund is required by law, I will make it right.

What we deliver.

For services.

The written outputs we produce for you are yours. That includes the Audit document from the Diagnostic, the artifacts we build during the Sprint, the deliverables in the Build, and the monthly outputs from the Standing engagement. You can use them, share them inside your business, and adapt them for your own work. What NervaHous keeps is the underlying methods, frameworks, and templates we use to deliver. Those are reused with other clients, so they stay with NervaHous.

For marketplace products.

You get the file. You can use it for personal projects and for commercial work you do on your own behalf. What you can't do is resell it, redistribute it, or repackage it as your own product. If you're not sure whether a use is okay, email me and I'll tell you.

What we don't do.

A short, honest list.

If something goes wrong.

Email connect@nervahous.com. Tell me what's not working. I try to fix things plainly. For marketplace products, I fix access and file-delivery problems first. For a services booking, if I can't deliver what we agreed to for any reason, I refund the part that wasn't delivered. I'd rather resolve a problem in an email than have either of us escalate.

Limits.

The plain version: if something goes badly enough that you'd want to sue, the most you can recover from NervaHous is what you paid for the engagement in question. NervaHous's total liability for any single engagement is capped at the amount you paid NervaHous for that engagement. NervaHous is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (things like lost profits, lost data, or third-party costs). The work is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what's promised in the scope on the services page or marketplace listing.

Where this lives.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that can't be settled by email is heard in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you and I are in different countries, we still default to North Carolina.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site, subscribe to the newsletter, book a service, or purchase from the marketplace. If you are under 16, please don't submit any personal information here. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have a parent or guardian's permission to enter into this agreement. See the privacy policy for how minor data is handled if it is submitted by mistake.

Intellectual property.

The writing, designs, prompts, playbooks, templates, and code on this site (whether free or paid) are mine unless I say otherwise. When you buy a marketplace pack, you get a personal license to use what's inside for your own work or your own business. You don't get a license to resell it, repackage it as your own product, or hand it to a separate company you don't own. The same applies to anything I send you as part of a services engagement — you can use the deliverables to run your business; you cannot resell them. If you want a broader license, email me and we'll write one.

Changes.

When this page is updated, the date at the top changes. If a change is meaningful, like a refund policy shift or a new limit, I'll note it where buyers will see it. The version that applies to your purchase is the version that was live on the day you bought.
